You will apply your scientific expertise and technical competence to ensure the smooth daily operation of the unit—supporting accurate and timely testing that underpins patient care and clinical decision-making. Working closely with the Directorate management team and the Quality Officer, you will help monitor and improve quality performance, particularly in areas where process variation may occur. Leadership and Collaboration – Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high-quality service delivery. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Strong capability to solve complex scientific problems, manage data using analytical software, and contribute to innovation through service and process improvements.
