Job Description ICT Change Analysts Australian Citizens with a Positive Vetting Government Security Clearance Initial 12 months 2x 12 months starting December 2025 Located on-site in Canberra, ACT ICT Change Analysts to support the uplift of IT service management. Work in a support and compliance capacity to assure the provision of effective ICT change and resilient enterprise ICT services. Duties / Responsibilities: Coordinate with stakeholders to advise on complex change requests Review change requests to appraise process compliance and application of decision rights Analyse and report change activities to identify risk and performance trends Effectively coordinate and communicate change advice to stakeholders Identify, evaluate and implement continual improvement initiatives Skills Required: Ability to support an enterprise-level ICT Change Management process. Experience in ICT Change Management policy and process compliance. Experience in the analysis and reporting of ICT Change Management process performance. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating ICT change-related advice. Ability to drive adoption of ICT Change Management tools and techniques. Ability to continually improve ICT change Policy, Process and Procedure.
