This is a varied and meaningful role with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and enhancing quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting Supporting clients with daily living activities Assisting with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and general domestic duties Encouraging and facilitating community participation and social engagement Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home environment Delivering support aligned with individual care plans About You: You are a reliable, caring, and empathetic individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting others. You understand the importance of person-centered care and are committed to respecting each client’s unique needs and goals. You’ll Bring: Previous experience in community support (highly regarded) A positive, team-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs Relevant qualifications and checks (e.g., Cert III Aged/Individual Support, First Aid, CPR, Driver’s License) Why Join us?
