Job Description We’re on the lookout for a Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships Team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for a number of our superannuation partners, ensuring they always receive exceptional service from TAL. You’ll manage key relationships and insurance arrangements, working closely with our partners to deliver what we’ve promised. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be trusted to keep things running smoothly, meet our commitments, and find ways to add real value for our partners. In this role you will: Deliver high-quality services to clients as specified in administration agreements and other commitments Understand TAL’s strategy at an enterprise level and stay informed about key issues in other Life Insurance Channels Maintain operational and strategic account management plans Report and monitor on adherence to Service Level Agreements Respond to queries where answer is clearly stated within existing policy documentation, otherwise refer to a more senior member of staff where interpretation is required Work with clients and internal peers to design and implement required changes to operational process
