Job Description Are you a passionate Clinical Incident Officer with proven experience in incident investigations, ready to take the next step in your career? Occasional travel (approximately once a month) will be required for site visits, audits, or quality initiatives. About the Role As a Clinical Incident Officer, you’ll lead thorough and timely investigations into clinical incidents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant standards. Your work will directly support better outcomes for patients and teams alike. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing education, feedback, and coaching to support a culture of safety, accountability, and learning. This role will require the ability and willingness to travel state-wide to conduct audits, site visits, and support quality initiatives as required. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years' experience in incident, complaint, or performance management Proven background in clinical settings such as emergency, ICU, medical/surgical, or aged care Strong skills in incident investigation , compliance, or clinical risk management Ability to conduct thorough, objective, and professional investigations Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Clear and confident communication skills , both written and verbal High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion AHPRA Registered Health Practitioner (recent clinical practice highly desirable) Qualifications in Incident Investigation Management (desirable) Why Join Us?
