As the business continues to diversify and grow, we’re seeking a Business Development Manager – Workforce Solutions to lead the development of new service lines, strengthen customer relationships, and drive commercial success across Australia and New Zealand. The successful applicant will play a key role in expanding non-container service offerings, building strategic partnerships, and shaping innovative workforce models that deliver value in a fast-moving, competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and growth of workforce and non-container services within the supply chain and logistics sector. Build and deepen customer networks to increase market reach and new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective commercial models to sell and scale new services. Apply best-practice labour and productivity strategies to optimise yield in low-margin markets. Identify and evaluate adjacent markets for diversification and growth. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to negotiation and contract execution. Design and execute pricing strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness. About You: Proven experience in business development or commercial management, ideally within logistics, labour hire, or industrial services. Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of delivering growth. Deep understanding of workforce models, productivity, and labour cost optimisation. Excellent relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capture new market opportunities.
