Tradeforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality residential property developments from concept through to completion. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy and drive results within the Construction division, supporting a significant pipeline of projects over the next five years. You will play a key part in ensuring the company’s vision and objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, programming, and timely delivery of residential developments Lead, mentor, and develop site teams, Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors Manage procurement, contract administration, and trade package scoping Monitor project progress, issue delay notices/EOTs, and maintain project schedules Ensure strict compliance with WHS, QA, environmental, and DA requirements Liaise with consultants, authorities, and utility providers to secure necessary approvals and connections Provide regular reporting on cost, cash flow, procurement, and program progress to senior management Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and uncompromising safety and quality standards Requirements Key Skills and Competencies Proactive, detail-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in residential or commercial construction Proven track record delivering multi-unit developments end-to-end Strong leadership with ability to manage site teams and subcontractors Excellent knowledge of construction programming and contract administration Clear understanding of building codes, WHS, and compliance requirements Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Benefits Benefits: Client side role Opportunity to work for an iCIRT rated Builder/Developer Opportunity to grow within the business Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards
