Our Opportunity In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Bullivants portfolio and deliver a compelling customer offer and value add approach. You will work alongside the broader Sales Team to deliver on our Customer First philosophy. Critical Tasks of the Role: - Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market - Proactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customers - Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets - Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns - Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs What you will bring: Previous BDM or Sales experience (preferred experience in mining or heavy machinery) Preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets but not essential, we have a technical training program available Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers High level written and verbal communication A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license is essential This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Eastern Creek. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel across the designated territory.
