Your next career opportunity As a Communications & Marketing (C&M) Advisor (Content Producer) at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the institution's narrative across various digital platforms. You'll have the opportunity to create high-quality multimedia content that communicates the priorities of senior leadership and supports key strategic initiatives. This role offers you the chance to work closely with portfolio leads and contribute to integrated communication plans that align with the University's Advancing Melbourne strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Create multimedia content: Produce high-quality video, photographic, and multimedia materials for various institutional channels. Develop communication strategies: Contribute to integrated communication plans for strategic initiatives across the University. Manage online communities: Create and execute engaging, audience-first content for platforms like Viva Engage and LinkedIn Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with senior leadership and portfolio leads, providing best practice advice on how to effectively communicate priorities. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced multimedia content producer with a strong track record in creating compelling digital narratives, capable of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, complex organisation. You may also: Have significant experience in a relevant communications field and a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Demonstrate expertise in producing high-quality video and photographic content in a timely manner. Show a commitment to working to high ethical standards, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. Possess strong decision-making skills, requiring high levels of expertise and judgement.
