As a Lifestyle Assistant you will provide support to the Lifestyle Coordinator at AdventCare Nunawading, a 124–bed facility. You will assist in maintaining active and independent lives of our residents through the development and performance of activity plans developed by the Lifestyle Coordinator. What you bring: Certificate III in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) and/or relevant qualification at Certificate III level Previous experience in a similar role in residential aged care setting An understanding of the ageing process and caring for older people Self-motivation with well-developed organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Well-developed communication skills Satisfactory completion of a NDIS check · Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination What we offer: Training and Development opportunities.
