Job Description We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Logistics team and play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our site. You’ll oversee receiving, handling, storage, picking, and packing activities—ensuring operations run to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Leading by example, you’ll motivate and support your team to consistently meet daily quotas, KPIs, and customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys balancing operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, and packing. Support the Logistics Manager with site activities, planning, and reporting. Train, coach, and allocate tasks to warehouse team members. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal requirements. Optimise stock management using FEFO principles. Conduct stock counts, quarantine operations, and order management. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
