Job Description BMF has an exciting opportunity for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to bring creative ideas to life with polish and precision. You’ll inspire and energise the creative department and wider team through your passion for design and craft. You’ll also oversee production when needed, ensuring every piece of work that goes out into the world reflects BMF’s creative excellence and distinctive energy. Work on and support creative and design briefs, developing strong concepts across all clients Collaborate with Creative Teams to conceptualise campaign design and art direction, adapting and optimising campaigns for various formats including OOH, digital, and social. Design icons and illustrations for a range of touchpoints, such as our clients’ websites Partner with other Designers, Creative Teams, the Head of Design, and the Studio Manager to shape the visual execution of campaigns and branding across all clients and mediums when required. Collaborate closely with Production, Studio, and Design teams to ensure all finished outputs meet BMF’s high creative and technical standards. Demonstrate a solid understanding of each client’s brand identity, tone, and strategic objectives to ensure all design work is consistent and on-brand. Work collaboratively with creative, studio, and production teams to deliver impactful, effective advertising. Manage and support multiple campaigns simultaneously, working efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
