Job Description What you will be doing? You will be responsible for welcoming late arrivals, farewelling early departures, managing daily financial reconciliations and revenue postings, and preparing reports for internal departments. You will ensure reservation and account details for in-house guests are accurately recorded, coordinate departure paperwork with the Front Office team, and provide support across departments as needed. Your role includes responding promptly to guest requests, ensuring smooth shift handovers, maintaining property safety and security, and consistently delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.
