One of our customer is seeking enthusiastic, well-presented hospitality professionals to represent a premium prosecco brand during a week-long tasting activation at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Malvern . Staff will engage with the public, offer samples, and share product knowledge in a friendly and professional manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and maintain a clean, inviting tasting station Engage shoppers and offer samples of prosecco products Communicate key product features and brand story Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA guidelines Track sampling volumes and customer feedback (if required) Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Valid Victorian RSA certificate (must be current) Previous hospitality, retail, or promotional experience Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a busy public environment Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Formal wine education (e.g., WSET, sommelier training) Experience in wine tastings, cellar door, or similar activations Multilingual skills (especially Italian or Mandarin) are a bonus ADDITIONAL NOTES: Uniform: [e.g., black pants, branded shirt provided] Staff must be 18 due to alcohol service Paid Training sessions to be held prior to event start What We Offer: Competitive pay rates.
