This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Consumer Data Rights (CDR) and a strong track record in delivering change in complex environments . What you’ll do: Lead change initiatives to support Consumer Data Rights programs; Develop and execute change management strategies across stakeholders and teams; Drive adoption and engagement with CDR-related policies, processes, and systems; and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and measurable outcomes. What we’re looking for: Proven Change Management experience in the financial services sector; Consumer Data Rights (CDR) experience is a must; Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills; and Ability to work in a hybrid environment (50% WFH / 50% Sydney CBD office).
