Our client is looking for an outstanding Stands & Merchandising Coordinator to lead our client's merchandising execution across Australia’s pharmacy network. They are one of Australia’s most trusted sales and distribution partners in the pharmacy industry. Representing iconic brands like Natio , Dermal Therapy, The Man Shake & Boost Lab , and more — ensuring they’re seen, sold, and celebrated in over 4,000 pharmacies nationwide. With 75 team members and growing, our mission is bold: to place their brands in every pharmacy in Australia and act as the trusted bridge between pharmacies and the brands They represent. What You’ll Be Doing: As the central point of coordination for their national merchandising team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every stand is installed, every team member is scheduled, and every compliance box is ticked. Responsibilities: Managing incoming stand requests and coordinating installations Manage weekly schedules for a team of 8 merchandisers and monitoring coverage Publishing weekly merchandising schedules to the wider sales team Driving merchandising compliance across major brands like Natio and Thin Lizzy Oversee team training on tools like Perenso, SharePoint, and merchandising apps Collaborating with, sales and merchandising teams, pharmacies, and brand partners Maintaining databases and reporting on stand activity and compliance Assist the Sales Leadership with project execution and team operations About you: You’ve run rosters, managed projects, and love a good spreadsheet You’re highly organised, with razor-sharp attention to detail You’re confident juggling logistics, people, and process — often all at once You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and anticipate what needs to be done You know your way around Excel (formulas, dashboards) and Monday.com You’re a great communicator who enjoys collaborating with multiple teams Experience with pharmacy or field merchandising is a big plus You’re reliable, adaptable, and you get the job done right and you love improving systems What they offer: Hybrid flexibility after probation (office-based to start) A high-performance team culture that values initiative and integrity Work with beloved national brands in the beauty and wellness space Cross-functional learning and growth pathways Onsite parking & employee product discounts This role is permanent and full-time; therefore, we'd not be able to accept anyone on a temporary visa.
