About the role Working within the National Credit Team and reporting to the Team Supervisor, this role is all about accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. You’ll play a key part in managing daily bank reconciliations and allocations to ensure a smooth financial process across the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Obtaining and processing daily bank statements and receipts Allocation and reconciliation of EFTs and cheques Reconciling credit card batches and reversing declined transactions Investigating and resolving order discrepancies Providing support with inbound customer calls About you You are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving and take pride in getting things right the first time. You will also bring: Proven experience in a general accounts or accounts receivable role Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (this site is not accessible by public transport) A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to manage competing deadlines What is in it for you You will be part of a global organisation with a friendly and hardworking finance team that values collaboration and initiative.
