As part of this enterprise-wide program, they are looking for an experienced Change Manager with SAP S/4HANA transformation experience to lead Asset Management (EAM) change initiatives . You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition across critical systems, working closely with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business impacts Lead and deliver Change Impact Assessments and detailed Change Plans Ensure alignment across project streams in a complex, fast-paced environment Roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on role where attention to detail matters Drive engagement, adoption, and readiness across diverse teams What You’ll Bring Proven success in Change Management for S/4 HANA transformations, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Strong ability to translate technical change into meaningful business impacts Proactive, autonomous work style with sharp stakeholder engagement skills Exceptional communication – written, verbal, and interpersonal The Offer Contract : 12 months (high likelihood of extension) Rate : $1,000–$1,200/day (including super, depending on experience) Location : Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days WFH Why This Role?
