Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret civil construction plans and organise daily set outs Liaise with site supervisors, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met Lead and motivate on-site crews, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all team members are clear on their tasks and working efficiently — with a strong focus on stormwater drainage and general civil works What You Need: Solid background in civil construction (stormwater drainage experience highly regarded) Ability to read plans, set out, coordinate crews, and manage site activities effectively Plant operating tickets (excavator, roller, dump truck) preferred but not essential What’s In It for You: Ongoing work with a temp-to-perm opportunity Competitive rates with timely, reliable payments every time!
