This exciting role supports our national clinical network by driving onboarding processes, supporting internal communication, coordinating HR initiatives, and ensuring the smooth administration of workforce records and compliance. About the Role • Coordinate client intake, appointment scheduling, and follow-up across multiple clinics and other tasks as required by the client journey • Respond to internal and external clinician enquiries • Maintain records of clinician availability, capacity, locations and services offered • Administrative tasks associated with supporting the management team with respect to clinician engagement such as network events and organising meetings • Coordinate/deliver training sessions • Manage onboarding process including collation of clinician professional registration information, insurances and certifications • Produce and submit reports on general clinician network activity • Assist in ad-hoc projects, like collection of clinician and client feedback • Regularly assess and enhance internal processes to support productivity • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You • Relevant experience in administration or similar coordination roles • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal • Proficient with Microsoft Office solutions and digital collaboration tools • A team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and driven by positive impact • 2-year experience in the relevant role is preferable Why Join Us?
