Your Responsibilities As the Teacher Aide, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ability to work independently, design and conduct engaging playgroup activities and programs, consistently achieving positive outcomeFoster a supportive and interactive environment, while actively contributing to the community and building strong relationships.Ensure that all necessary materials for activities are gathered, set up workspaces and coordinate activitiesAssisting in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacherWorking with small groups as well as individual students, conducting and recording intervention programsCommunicating effectively and displaying high levels of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team memberDisplaying respect and empathy for students with high level needsClerical assistance and resourcing duties including but not limited to: duplicating/ photocopying teaching materials, laminatingExperience with producing a range of documents using Word, CanvaProvide first aid and support for medical needs as required, following school protocols.Display confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their familiesAssisting with playground duties Please refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.
