ABOUT THE ROLE As a Student Ambassador, your key responsibilities include: Proactively promote Chisholm Institute services and functions (i.e. events, support services, Library) to current/prospective students. Facilities and event support, including preparation and pack-up of facilities and equipment. Peer-to-peer general assistance to current/prospective students, including Careers support, IT assistance, wayfinding, and other enquiries. Support current/prospective students to navigate physical and digital spaces to source the information they require Assist with general office administration when required (i.e. preparation and packing of marketing collateral required for events, data entry and other general office duties). ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed knowledge and application of Chisholm Institute IT Technology/Library services ((i.e. Studiosity, myChisholm, email). You also have- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service (i.e. retail, hospitality, administration) Ability and willingness to work across different Departments/Business Areas/campuses throughout the Institute as required. Effective verbal and written communication skills relevant to the functions of the Student Ambassador role (i.e. coordinating events, responding to enquiries from students).
