We are seeking highly competent baristas who would like to join our growing team. We are a little cafe which has been established for seven years and have a large and loved local customer base. Potential candidates who have kitchen experience and would also like kitchen shifts assisting our head chef in making cakes and tarts will be highly considered. We are looking for someone who: Has at least two years experience making coffee in Australia latte art is a must Has experience working in a commercial kitchen making cakes and tarts (only applicable if you suit our shared barista/kitchen role) Able to create strong connections with our regulars Works well in a team (We are located a 2min walk from redfern train station)
