An exciting opportunity is available for a People & Performance Business Partner to join our team on an 18-month maximum term contract. Reporting to the People & Performance Manager and based out of Enfield, you will play an integral role in delivering the people-related activities associated with our Finance & Operations teams. This is a generalist HR role that provides a unique opportunity to flex across white collar and blue collar stakeholders. Key responsibilities of the role include: Strategic HR partnership with our leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and workforce planning that align with business objectives Effectively addressing grievances and other related people issues Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates and the development of effective sourcing strategies. Facilitate the achievement of current and future business objectives through strategic development, performance management, and employee engagement. Comprehensive knowledge of HR industry practices, with emphasis on consultation, critical decision making, and performance improvement within the company. High self-awareness and empathy to handle complex interactions and foster strong relationships company-wide. Ability to coach leaders, helping them navigate people challenges and enhance their leadership effectiveness. About You Ideally, you will have proven experience working in a similar HR Advisory/Partnering role within a manufacturing environment. In addition, you will enjoy driving team engagement and providing energy to a team that is going through major transformation, can demonstrate inclusive leadership by enabling accountability and ownership, proactively calling on their views and input, and challenging any bias. You will have the ability to build strong relationships, exceptional attention to detail and a strong safety focus. You will also understand Employee Relations and had previous experience navigating investigations.
