Part-Time Nanny | Mosman, NSW Start Date: 24 September 2025 Contract: 6 months to start, potential for ongoing Pay: $40/hr (negotiable, with experience) A warm and professional family in Mosman are seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny to care for their daughter, who will be 13 months old at commencement. This role is ideal for a nanny who loves caring for toddlers and can provide stimulating, age-appropriate play and learning. Mum works from home during the afternoons, so the nanny must be comfortable working in a parent-present environment . Days Hours - 1-2 Afternoons per week Wednesday: 12:00 pm 4:30 pm (one day per week to start) -Potential to increase to two afternoons per week - ideal days would then be Wednesday and Thursday Some flexibility on the start and finish times for the right candidate Responsibilities Typical Day Care for child in the family home while Mum works from another room Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment Provide fun, developmental play and activities Light household support related to child (meals, tidying toys, etc.) Ideal Nanny We re looking for a nanny who is: Experienced with infants and toddlers Warm, engaging and attentive Professional, reliable and confident working in a parent-present household Genuinely enjoys supporting children s growth and development Requirements 3 years of experience as a nanny or working in childcare Current First Aid Certificate Current Working with Children s Check Strong communication skills, fluent in English Non-smoking Full driver s licence ideally has own car (note: no driving required in this role; family car available for outings if needed in future) From the Family We re looking for someone kind, gentle, and engaging who can provide our daughter with a safe, happy and stimulating afternoon while we work.
