About the Opportunity We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Team in a full-time position. This role operates Monday to Friday, during business hours, providing a consistent and supportive work schedule. The Partner Engagement Lead (NDIS) is responsible for strengthening Kurrajong’s relationships across the NDIS sector by engaging with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators and other key stakeholders. The role focuses on building and sustaining referral networks, sharing information about available supports and contributing sector intelligence to guide future service planning and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the NDIS sector Identify unmet needs or service gaps and feed insights to CEO and GMs Monitor emerging trends within the NDIS and broader disability services sector Conduct market reconnaissance to assess demand and service potential Identify providers open to partnership or joint ventures Attend regional and interstate expos, interagency meetings and networking events Benefits of Working at Kurrajong Our goal is to be the best disability services provider - both for clients and our staff. Salary Packaging This position is remunerated annually up to $100,000 annual leave loading super a fully maintained vehicle for business and private use. Experience Deep understanding of the NDIS, particularly Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Support Coordination ecosystems. Experience in business development or stakeholder engagement (ideally within disability, health, aged care or community sectors). Interested in Applying?
