What You'll Be Doing: You'll be part of the production team responsible for transforming raw materials into finished timber products. Your day will include: Operating Machinery: Safely use and maintain production equipment such as saws, drills, sanders, and other tools to shape and finish timber components. Product Assembly: Assemble timber display units and components according to job lists and quality standards. Packing Orders: Carefully pack finished goods and combine them with warehouse items to complete customer orders. Quality Control: Monitor production for defects, remove faulty items, and ensure every product meets high standards. Material Handling: Store raw materials and finished goods in designated areas to support efficient workflow. Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and fellow operators to keep production running smoothly. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures and company policies. Process Improvement: Share ideas and feedback to help improve systems and streamline operations.
