About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the night shift maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical breakdown support, preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability across the production facility. Key Responsibilities: Respond to electrical breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to minimise downtime Conduct preventative maintenance and inspection programs Work with PLCs, sensors, drives, and automation systems Ensure all electrical work complies with Australian Standards and site safety policies Support production teams with line changeovers and efficiency improvements Maintain accurate maintenance documentation Skills & Experience: Qualified Electrician - NSW Electrical Licence required Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Experience with PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley preferred) Excellent understanding of safety and GMP requirements Ability to work independently on a permanent night shift What's on Offer: Permanent night shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am Competitive pay: $49.60-$50.75 per hour 20% shift loading Super Regular overtime available Modern, clean manufacturing facility Stable, long-term employment with training and development opportunities
