About the Role: Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Assistant Manager will support all aspects of the venue's operations, from staff supervision and rostering to stock management and cash handling. The successful candidate will be hands-on, approachable, and capable of leading by example while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
