What You'll Do Design & deliver a modern data strategy across retail, supply chain, finance, and customer domains. Lead the Fabric migration : unify fragmented data into a centralised, governed platform. Enable real-time decision-making : from Buyers Apps to warehouse operations dashboards. Lay the AI foundations for smarter buying, inventory optimisation, and pricing intelligence. Own the customer data domain : build the governance, single customer view, and loyalty program foundations that drive B2C personalisation at scale. Champion trust : establish data quality, security, and privacy controls that protect both business and customers. Influence & advise leaders on how data can solve problems and unlock opportunities. What You Bring Experience designing enterprise-wide data architectures (ideally in $500M organisations). Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL Server, and data lake patterns . Experience with customer data, loyalty programs, or B2C analytics (greenfield experience a plus). Retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused background desirable. Strong communication skills - able to inspire senior execs and mentor technical teams. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on grit .
