What You’ll Be Doing As a Care Manager , you will provide exceptional care , working closely with a high-performing team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. Your key responsibilities include: · Delivering comprehensive, person-centred nursing care · Developing recommendation plans & behaviour support strategies · Managing medication administration & wound care · Driving continuous clinical improvement for excellence in care · Supporting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism · Ensuring timely assessments, care plans, and reviews · Leading clinical education & staff competency training · Fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture What Matters to Us We’re looking for a dedicated professional with: · Minimum two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role · Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards · Division 1 Nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration · Up-to-date COVID-19 & 2025 influenza vaccinations · NDIS Check (incl.
