About the Role on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Scheduler to accurately compile Bills of Quantities, source materials from the Price Book, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to site for residential builds. This role plays a key part in supporting construction schedules, managing costs, and resolving scheduling issues to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Compile and analyse cost control reporting and monitor budgets. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials. Support both the scheduling and construction teams with progress tracking. Approve and process invoices. Resolve scheduling issues or escalate where required. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years industry experience (Residential preferable) Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Databuild experience preferred.
