What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing daily terminal operations – inbound, outbound, local fleet, and contractors Leading and developing a team of 45 staff and supervisors Managing performance, costs, KPIs, and compliance Ensuring WHS, NHVAS, fatigue, and DG standards are met Working closely with the Branch Manager to improve service, safety, and efficiency Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider community What You’ll Bring: Experience running or managing depot/transport operations Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and people Good understanding of transport compliance and logistics processes Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and performance targets Solid communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, hands-on approach Why Team Global Express?
