Location: Kyneton, Victoria Your day-to-day impact: Create and maintain internal administration and system processes eg. IT, business portal, HR checklists, approvals, security, Calendar and inbox management Monthly expense reconciliation Assist with onboarding of new team members. Coordinate meetings internally and externally including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items and notes. Follow up and monitoring of any action items from meetings and workshops. Meeting, event and workshop logistics including booking venues and organising catering. Assist with preparation of monthly Operation Team meetings, presentation and reporting. Fleet Management for Livestock Buyers and other operational vehicles. You bring: Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills High attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and can prioritise your workload.
