Essential Experience & Skills: 8 years leading cross-functional technology teams in complex environments. Proven experience in data strategy, reporting enablement, and process automation. Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills. Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), analytics tools (Power BI preferred), and enterprise applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Retail industry knowledge is an advantage!
