Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School Earlsfield | Full Time | Start: ASAP - July 2026 We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive Secondary School in Earlsfield . This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with additional needs within the school's Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) , working as part of a highly experienced and supportive team. Role Details: Position: Learning Support Assistant Location: Earlsfield Contract: Full time, term time only Start Date: ASAP End Date: July 2026 Department: SRP (Specialist Resource Provision) Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and other learning difficulties. Support students within both the SRP and mainstream classrooms to help them access learning and make progress. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Collaborate closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists, and other professionals to deliver personalised support in line with EHCP targets. Assist with lesson preparation, differentiated learning materials, and tracking student progress. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs. Be patient, empathetic, and resilient. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally have previous experience in a school or SEN setting (though full training will be provided).
