Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP to join our finance team. In this role, you will leverage your SAP knowledge to analyse and interpret financial data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. Your ability to manage and streamline financial processes using SAP, coupled with your analytical skills, will be key in supporting decision-making and improving business operations. Role: Lead the configuration, testing, and support of SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting and related finance modules. Support the rollout and optimisation of finance systems, ensuring alignment with local and corporate requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardised finance processes and workflows. Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Support integration between Asset Accounting and other SAP modules, including REFX, FI, CO, and PM. Analyse stakeholder feedback and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives. What are we looking for? Strong understanding of finance systems and processes, with experience in asset accounting, investment management, or real estate—ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Background in SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting and REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management), with hands-on experience in relevant processes and system functionality. Experience with system testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement is highly regarded. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to both in-system and related finance processes. Proven capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
