We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift team and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting efficient stock movement across the site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support warehouse personnel to meet daily operational goals Oversee stock control, truck loading, and general warehouse duties Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards Operate forklifts as required (LF Licence preferred) Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives About You: 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehousing or FMCG environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage workflow, solve issues, and build positive team relationships Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends Forklift Licence and warehousing/logistics certification highly regarded What’s on Offer: Stable full-time position with an industry leader Supportive team culture and hands-on leadership role Afternoon shift hours based in Palmyra Only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered.
