These roles offer a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in council environments, working with supportive teams who make a real difference in the community. ✨ The Details Locations: Caboolture & Strathpine (easy access by public transport & parking available) Pay Rate: $34–$39 per hour super Hours: Monday–Friday, full-time hours Contracts: Short and long-term government assignments – potential to extend or go permanent Start: ASAP What You’ll Be Doing Depending on the role, duties may include: Providing administrative and clerical support to council teams and managers Delivering frontline customer service in-person, via phone, or email Assisting with data entry, reporting, and records management Supporting finance tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliations Coordinating meetings, agendas, and correspondence Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across all documentation About You Previous experience in administration, customer service, or finance support Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems (TRIM, ECM, or Pathway a bonus!)
