Key Responsibilities Analyse store profitability across multiple locations to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement. Review wage costs, absenteeism, and staff turnover to understand their impact on store performance and sales. Conduct freight and logistics analysis, including drive times, budgets, and cost efficiency from DCs to stores in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Identify process inefficiencies (e.g., tasks taking longer than allocated) and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity. Partner with store, area, and finance teams to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the retail network. Present findings and recommendations in a clear, story-driven way that supports commercial decisions. Maintain and optimise financial data using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and usability. Contribute to broader business improvement initiatives by providing grounded, commercial insight. About You Experienced in financial or operational analysis within retail, logistics, or a fast-paced commercial setting. Strong understanding of store operations from wages and sales metrics to freight and inventory flow. Highly proficient in Excel and SAP, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights. A confident communicator who builds relationships across departments and influences through collaboration. Naturally curious, proactive, and solution-oriented, always seeking smarter ways to work.
