What you’ll do Lead the day-to-day operations and continued growth of our flagship Lane Cove Centre Build and inspire a strong team culture focused on excellence, care, and continuous improvement Champion the Busy Bees values through outstanding family engagement and community partnerships Mentor and develop other Centre Directors and 2IC's across the region Partner with your Area Director to deliver on key business, quality, and educational objectives Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards align with NQF and EYLF frameworks What you’ll bring Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Bachelor) Current Working with Children Check and eligibility as Nominated Supervisor Proven experience leading a successful early learning service Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and staffing A passion for coaching and team development A values-driven leadership style and genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children Why Busy Bees?
