What You’ll Be Doing You will provide both direct (clinical) interventions for adult survivors with complex needs related to mental health and alcohol and other drugs use, as well indirect (strategic governance, leadership and capacity building) interventions for NSW Health professionals and partner services. The Clinical Coordinator - Adult Survivors Program will hold responsibility for the design, management and delivery of this new local specialist integrated program. This role will work in close partnership with the Program Manager – Adult Survivors Program to perform novel and complex clinical and strategic work, using a high level of professional knowledge and judgement. It is expected that the Clinical Coordinator - Adult Survivors Program will work with minimal direction to establish an innovative service which aligns with NSW Health and Violence, Abuse and Neglect Redesign values and goals.
