In this role, you’ll provide high-level advice and cultural expertise to staff and leaders, contribute to the delivery of the Aboriginal Employment Plan, and design programs and pathways that build opportunities for Aboriginal employees. You’ll also lead the delivery of Respecting the Difference cultural training, supporting cultural awareness and responsiveness across HealthShare NSW.
