About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to share the load across rooftop and restaurant to help oversee the daily operations, focusing on floor management and delivering exceptional service. As we look to continue our team build, this role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Manage the floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead the team to maintain an exceptional ambiance and customer experience. Work closely with bartenders and floor staff to deliver seamless service. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Mentor and support the floor staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team. Coordinate with the General Manager and kitchen team to ensure service standards are met. Oversee venue opening and closing procedures specific to the rooftop bar. What We’re Looking For A passion for creating fun and engaging guest experiences. Proven experience in hospitality (minimum 5 years). A further 2 years with supervision experience of a medium sized team. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on mentoring staff. Hands-on experience in cocktail-making and solid knowledge of wine and beverages.
