We’re seeking a Health & Safety Partner to join our People & Culture team at Brand Collective. This full-time role will be based at our Richmond Support Office with regular travel to stores and distribution centres. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring our team members feel safe, supported, and empowered at work. Reporting to the GGM People & Culture, you’ll be responsible for driving compliance and embedding a positive, prevention-led health, safety and wellbeing culture across our retail stores and support offices, covering operations across Australia and New Zealand.
