They’re looking for an Operations Executive with capital markets experience to step into a pivotal role across both ECM transactions and operations. Here, you’ll be in the thick of capital markets activity, side by side with senior advisors and CEOs and still enjoy the balance and structure that keeps life outside work intact. The work that matters End-to-end execution of ECM transactions for IPOs, placements, inclusive of pre raise, DDQ, the bookbuild process and settlement of all transactions and manage deal flow to ensure all deadlines are met. Keep operations sharp: Internal Compliance Manager, overseeing AFSL audits, ASIC liaison, onboarding representatives, and policy requirements. Be the steady hand behind the detail, deadlines, and investor confidence. Oversight of company efficiency including new accounts and dealers assistants Producing data for internal fees, brokers and brokerage reports The type of person who thrives here Experience in capital markets, investment/corporate advisory, or capital raising . Sharp, detail-focused, calm under pressure. Confident building relationships with high-net-worth investors, advisors, and corporate clients. Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, Finance (RG146 an advantage or willingness to complete). Professional, proactive, curious and not afraid to bring a bit of humour to the table.
