About the role At the Richmond Inn, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. SORRY NO VISA HOLDERS What you'll be doing - Floor Attendant No previous experience required for this position Clearing plates and glasses Keeping venue clean and tidy Wiping tables & attending to any spills efficiently Keeping gaming lounge clean and comfortable for our customers Communicating any concerns in relation to RSA/RCG to the manager on duty What you'll be doing - Bar/ Gaming Attendant Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner Ensuring the bar area and equipment are clean, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards Assisting customers with gaming machines ensuring compliance with gaming regulations Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer requests Following all relevant health, safety and security procedures Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to a positive and productive working environment What we're looking for Previous experience essential in bar and gaming Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly experience Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends essential and public holidays Current RSA and RCG certification What we offer At the Richmond Inn, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace, have a great team culture and love what we do.
