We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Controller to join our champion team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, controlling inventory movements, and supporting production schedules with precision and reliability. You’ll act as the key link between purchasing, production, and warehousing – ensuring that materials, components, and finished goods are available where and when they’re needed. This is a role where accuracy, consistency, process discipline within a fast-paced environment is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Material flow and production support Issue materials to production based on schedules and BOMs Prepare material kits in advance for specific jobs Track consumption and resolve shortages Liaise with Purchasing to expedite orders and optimize processes Inventory management and control Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP Identify cost-saving opportunities Receiving, despatch and general warehousing Support goods receipt and inspection Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch Maintain warehouse safety and organization About You You bring a proactive, structured, reliable, and detail-orientated approach to warehouse and materials management. With strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you take pride in maintaining accuracy and supporting smooth production flow in a fast-paced environment.
