This role supports 2 Partners, within a mid-tier law firm who have offices across Australia. We're looking for someone who is tech savvy - and has prior experience with large scale documents, re-formatting contracts, and ensuring that the documents are all kept in line, when filtered through funnels of people (clients, lawyers etc) Responsibilities may include; Diary management and Inbox management Answering calls Building and maintaining client relationships Formating & re-formating documents Excel, word & powerpoint experience preferred Billing and Expense processing Matter management including opening, closing, archiving, electronic filing and physical filing Ad hoc administrative duties Ideally you will have prior experience within a Legal Support role, working within a transactional space and providing high-level support to a Partner.
