We're looking for a female Support Worker to assist a friendly male participant in his mid-30s, living with anxiety and depression , with community participation and daily living activities. Location: Sefton, NSW Schedule: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week Type: Casual (with potential for ongoing work for the right person) About the Role: You'll provide consistent, one-on-one support to help our participant stay active, connected, and confident through: Community access and social outings Support with daily living and personal growth activities Encouragement and companionship in managing day-to-day routines What We're Looking For: Experience supporting NDIS participants (preferred) Understanding and patience in supporting participants with mental health challenges Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant compliance documents.
